Subscriptions and Membership
Your subscription will automatically renew on the same day of the month as your signup date for monthly subscriptions, or day of the year as your signup date for annual subscriptions. If stated, a subscription fee will be charged to your credit card on file on the start date of your subscription and each subsequent renewal date. The subscription fee is non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing notice to Figura Medspa at least 30 days before the end of the current term. Cancelations can be made by in the user portal, or by email / phone call to info@figuramedspa.com or (512) 400-4213.
Figura Medspa may terminate your subscription at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
Non-payment of subscription fees
Violation of these terms and conditions
Any other reason that Figura Medspa deems necessary
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Figura Medspa reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Figura Medspa website.
Reservation of Rights
Figura reserves the right to alter or delete material from this Site at any time without notice. Please check often for updates, as we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify these Terms of Use at any time, and your use of the Site indicates your acceptance of any revisions to these terms.
